Our hybrid program or (Massive Action Program) includes all elements of the in-person and online journey

In this, we take your results and your needs as seriously as you do.

Here is what to expect on your journey.

Step 1: Tell us how we can help.

Fill out the form to let us know your current condition and the condition you wish to achieve. Then set an appointment for our consultation. We will start to use this information right away to begin your strategy!!!

Step 2: Meet your advisor

In this appointment (90 min though it may not take the whole time)….

You will meet with your advisor over Zoom

You will be asked about your:

  • Current health condition

  • Goals

  • Behavior patterns

  • Nutrition

  • What you like to do

  • Your family, work, recreation, occupation

It should be fun! It’s actually a pretty laid back and fun way to put the pieces of the puzzle into place for us to build a successful strategy.

At the end, we’ll give you a few options for moving forward. If we decide to work together…….

Then, we take a payment and set both the in-person and online strategy appointments very soon after (likely in the next day or two).

Step 3: Appointment 1: Integrated Manual Therapy.

In this appointment , you will have a:

  • Movement Assessment: We need to see how your body moves to know what our strategy for development (training and hands-on) will be.

  • Treatment: We will apply the appropriate methods for your condition to get INSTANT RESULTS!!!

  • Movement Training: We will begin to teach you specific exercises right away directed toward your specific ‘exercise training’ strategy. Most people start with only 1-2 exercises and build. Though others start to learn a whole program right away.

Typical (common) results are:

  • 50% improvement in subjective pain;

  • tangible results where none has been able to be accomplished in other methods

Throughout the Program

  • In-Person: You’ll continue with both

    • hands on manual movement therapy and

    • exercise training to implement as a program.

  • Online areas covered-

    • Active life

    • Mindset

    • Exercise Program Implementation

    • Nutrition Coaching

Strategy (next and ongoing).

When the program ends, a re-assessment is made. This is similar to step one, except we know much more now. We may proceed with a maintenance program or another course to build on this one.
